Modern life is full of choices. We’re told that happiness lies within and we can be whoever we want to be. But it’s never that simple, is it? Life is complex and we often feel we are walking a fine line, navigating relationships, love, beliefs, race and privilege. What does “doing it right” even look like? And why do we so often feel like we’re getting it wrong?
Adding to these pressures – we are living through an era-defining time – that is, a global pandemic, the murder of George Floyd and the subsequent protests and scrutiny of institutional racism; Chaired by Abigail Bergstrom, Otegha Uwagba (Whites) and Pandora Sykes (Are We Doing it Right?) interrogate the status quo and investigate how we should navigate the moment.
