The climate crisis is one of the biggest issues of our time, but is it in danger of slipping off the agenda as we deal with the fallout of Coronavirus? How can we tackle it at a time when nationalism is on the rise, a me-first approach is rife and global solidarity appears to be diminishing? Festival Guest Curator Elif Shafak brings together political economist Ann Pettifor (The Case for the Green New Deal), climate change expert Chris Goodall (What We Need To Do Now) and environmental campaigner Natalie Fee (How to Save the World for Free) to discuss where we are, and what needs to happen next.
