Jacaranda Books is an award-winning independent publisher dedicated to creating space on the bookshelf for diverse ideas and writers. Over the course of 2020 it will publish 20 works by 20 black writers in a trailblazing initiative. In an exciting new partnership between Cheltenham, Jacaranda and Audible, we welcome three of the incredible writers involved: Tolu Agbelusi (Locating Strong Woman), Njambi McGrath (Through the Leopard’s Gaze) and Shola Von Reinhold (Lote) to hear about their work, writing lives, and hear insights of the publishing process – both on the page and as Audible audiobooks. Hosted by Valerie Brandes and Magdalene Abraha. Chaired by Sam Baker.
