#CheltLitFest Player Terms and Conditions
Subscribers to #CheltLitFest Player will be able to access videos of over 120 events from The Times and The Sunday Times Cheltenham Literature 2020 on demand until 31 December 2020.
To view on demand you must be logged into our online hub www.cheltenhamliteraturefestival.com and have a valid subscription attached to your log in.
Audio recordings and videos of events from our live stream will be available on demand on the #CheltLitFest Player 48 hours after the event has aired.
Please note that there will be no audio recordings available of any events which have been pre-recorded for the Festival.
Conditions of Sale
#CheltLitFest Player subscriptions are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable.
Resale of #CheltLitFest Player subscriptions purchased for profit or financial gain will result in a seizure or cancellation of that subscription without refund or other compensation.
#CheltLitFest Player subscriptions cannot be used for unauthorised 3rd party competitions.
Content viewed, listened to or downloaded from #CheltLitFest Player belongs to Cheltenham Festivals and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.
You can download audio for personal use only and any copies must retain the copyright or other intellectual property notices contained in the original material. Any other use could lead to action or breach of copyright.
No part of this content may be reproduced by any process without written permission from Cheltenham Festivals.
a. The rules for personal use
- #CheltLitFest Player programmes are only available until 31 December 2020, after which they’re automatically deleted. Don’t try to use technical trickery to get around this.
- Will you be able to view on demand outside the UK.
b. The rules for any other use
Cheltenham Festivals has granted permission to participating schools and universities to utilise #CheltLitFest Player programmes for educational purposes.
All other use is subject to approval by Cheltenham Festivals.
